Refund & Returns Policy

At Maison d’Élixir, we strive to provide you with a premium experience and carefully decanted authentic fragrances. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds, as outlined below.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery without giving any reason, provided that:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
- You notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires.
To initiate a withdrawal, please email us at info@maisondelixir.gr with your order number and reason for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Any opened, used, or tampered decants.
- Products where the atomizer seal or vial has been broken.
- Custom/prepared-to-order decants, as they are considered personalized items under EU law.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will request photo evidence and resolve the issue through:
- A replacement, or
- A partial/full refund, depending on the case.
4. Return Process
If your item is eligible for return:
- Contact us via email at info@maisondelixir.gr to request approval.
- Once approved, return the product at your expense to the address provided.
- Use a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Returned items must arrive in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
5. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not been prepared or shipped. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation due to the personalized nature of the products.
