1. About Us
Maison d’Élixir is a decanting service based in Greece, offering curated samples (2ml, 3ml, 5ml, and 10ml) of authentic designer and niche fragrances. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original brands. All trademarks are property of their respective owners and are used only for descriptive purposes.
2. Use of the Website
By using this website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
- You will not use the website for unlawful purposes.
- You will provide accurate information during checkout and account registration.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
3. Product Information
All products sold are hand-decanted samples, not factory-sealed bottles. While we guarantee authenticity, we do not sell full retail bottles unless explicitly stated.
Due to the nature of handmade decants, minor variation may occur in fill level, label positioning, or atomizer style. All fragrances are freshly decanted from genuine bottles.
4. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is accepted through secure payment gateway Stripe.
5. Orders and Fulfillment
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Fulfillment time is typically 1–3 business days, but this may vary depending on order volume.
Maison d’Élixir is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance. All risk passes to the customer upon shipment.
6. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy page for detailed information. Due to the nature of decants and hygiene reasons, used or opened items are not eligible for return.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maison d’Élixir shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. While we take every care in decanting, scent sensitivity or allergic reactions are the responsibility of the user.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including images, text, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Maison d’Élixir or used under license. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union (EU), including consumer protection and e-commerce regulations.
By completing a purchase, you enter into a distance selling contract with Maison d’Élixir under Greek law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
